GREG GAVE ME AN AWESOME HAIRCUT! I walked into the salon and it was gorgeous! I was welcomed by a super nice receptionist and the music was fun! The girls at the salon were very friendly and welcoming. Greg was on time for his appointment with me and super nice and we chit chatted about what I wanted to do. I got to donate 10 inches of hair to Locks of Love and he re-vamped my hair, making it look and feel really smooth and a fabulous glossy look to it. The bob style I got is so pretty and I am getting tons of compliments about how sassy and sexy I look! The products they use on your hair smell super delicious and are all organic and are so good for your hair that I bought a ton of product to re-create the sleek look Greg gave me. He added texture and dimension to my hair and it has never looked healthier! I got a sweet scalp massage and hand massage. It was heavenly and super affordable! -Google

Just got done getting my goofy curly red hair cut. Loved everything about my visit. The place is gorgeous and I am seriously considering redecorating my home to look just like it. From the minute I walked in I felt at home. Everyone’s smiles were so amazingly genuine. My stylist was confident in assessing the situation with my hair and while I felt like she was interested in my input, she was able to deftly assert her professional knowledge and experience to help me understand how hair like mine should be cut. The washroom is stunning. I loved the autumn colored glass tiles all over the walls and I felt myself immediately relaxed. I was given a fantastic lesson on the types of hair care products they were using. Going to get my hair cut was wonderful. At the end of the experience I was given information about products, but never felt pushed to purchase them. My checkout process was wonderful. I loved it! I can’t wait to go back and get my hair colored in two weeks. -Google

I’ve been into G Michael twice: once at their old location in Carmel, Indiana, and then recently to their new salon in Noblesville. While they set their standards high before, they finally have a salon that represents just what a top tier operation they’ve got. It really is amazing, and it’s worth a visit just to see the new space. I’ve done the $7.99 hair cut at the chain salon before. I got just what I paid for: a mediocre haircut with average service. The two times I’ve been to G Michael Salon, I walked out with a great haircut and the service was professional and courteous. I had a chance to talk to both Greg and Joe each time I’ve been in, and it’s clear they’re building a reputation based on customer service and results. They are obviously invested in making guests feel comfortable and ultimately, satisfied with the cut with which they walk out the door. Anyone seeking a new stylist or a new salon should absolutely give G Michael Salon an opportunity to earn his business, because the salon will do just that. -Google

LAUREN did an amazing job with my Curly Hair!! I am interracial and have long curly hair. Lauren knew just how to get my hair the right amount of moisture. Also, the blow out and trim turned out great! From the moment I walked into the salon, I was treated with the utmost care and respect. I Googled “best Indianapolis salon” because I was living with a terrible haircut I received at another salon (where I live in Fort Wayne). It was so bad it looked like a half-grown out mullet. Basically, layers gone wrong. Really wrong. So I went to G Michael Salon. My stylist and I talked all about my hair and she expertly snipped away the problem areas. With a few clever tricks, she transformed my hair into just what I asked for! She expertly used the flat iron in the dry part of the cut, explaining that the precision of sleek dry hair is necessary to see the layers for blending. She made sure to let me know that my usual round-brush hair-style will look great too. I have no doubt, as I have seen other, very talented hairdressers where I used to live in Boston use the same method. My experience with G Michael Salon was top notch. My experience showed that my stylist is very well trained, talented, and great to work with. I will be happy to drive over an hour to go back to her for all my haircuts. -Google

I am in LOVE with the wonderful workings of this salon! I’ve never been so warmly welcomed, treated like royalty and pampered to this high of a standard at any other salon. G Michael Salon is, in a word, awesome. I have lived in New York, St. Louis and Indianapolis and this is honestly one of the best salons I have visited. They are professional, yet extremely friendly. The atmosphere is upscale, chic and trendy but very relaxing and soothing. The products they sell are better than any other salon product I have ever purchased and I have purchased many! They actually perform and my hair felt like it did when Greg styled it and that never happens! If you are looking for a great salon, great service and highly trained professionals – visit G Michael Salon. Greg did my hair, but I was also impressed by the other stylists on the floor while I was there. There was a “difficult” customer in the chair next to me and they all handled the situation with the professionalism you would expect from a top notch operation. I just had my FIRST hair appointment at G Michael Salon yesterday and all I can say is WOW!! I was blown away by the service, professionalism, and personal touches this salon radiates! My previous hair stylist is changing careers which left me with the daunting task (as many women can relate to) of finding a new stylist. Nicole was absolutely amazing! She understood exactly what I was wanting, even though I was pretty vague in saying I just wanted a change. The color, cut and highlights were exactly what I was looking for-she nailed it!!!! Nicole also saw that my hair could use some TLC and recommended a Keratin treatment. My hair is FINALLY soft and smooth, not dry and frizzy, something I have struggled with for years! My husband loves it and in his words, my hair is “perfect”! Thank you Nicole and G Michael Salon! I am excited to share this great place with my friends and look forward to coming back soon-and maybe even bringing in my daughter who also has dry, frizzy hair! Will never go anywhere else again!. I have a lot of hair. I mean a lot of hair, and it is curly, and it is red, with gray. I am normally a stylist’s nightmare, but not at G Michael Salon. Greg is flipping amazing. I was listened to, something that has never happened before. My hair was colored, highlighted, low-lighted, blown dry, flat ironed, and cut with amazing precision. With all of my hair it took forever and not once was I made to feel like I was inconveniencing them, something that has always happened to me before. I have my natural color hair back with glorious tones of bright and dark copper and a beautiful golden highlight woven through. My hair is luxurious, yet thinned out to be a normal head of hair. When I tried to fix my own hair today, something that I was dreading, it worked. I can’t believe it!!! My hair looks like a models. I love you Greg. But I also love how welcoming Joe and Lindsay are at the front desk, how amazing the interns were all day, and how friendly their staff was, even offering to pick me up something to eat. Most AMAZING experience ever!!!!. When I walked into G Michael Salon it wasn’t what I expected. My hair stylist who was so courteous to me along with her coworkers. BEST salon experience!!! After reading up on this salon I wanted to give it a try. I def will not be going anywhere else!!! It was such an awesome experience!! Love this new salon! My stylist of 12 years recently quit doing hair, so I started searching around for a new salon with the same caliber as my old salon. I came across G Michael Salon on Facebook & decided to check out their website. The website was so professional & had information about everything I needed to know about the salon. I absolutely loved the website, especially the pictures of the salon, so I decided to book an appointment. I loved the salon & my stylist from the time I walked in! I wanted to try something a little different with my hair & make it lighter for summer and my stylist knew exactly what to do. While she was coloring my hair, she was so informative on everything she was doing & from listening to her, I could definitely tell she knows what she’s doing. The Perfect Men’s cut. I just moved to the Indianapolis, Indiana area and have been looking for a place to go to get a haircut. Well I found it. Not only did I get an AMAZING haircut- it was the best cut I have ever had. My stylist gave me the most precise haircut and was contoured for me; my head shape and hair type. My less than perfect endocrine system gives me extremely dry hair. My hair no longer feels like death and actually feels silky and smooth. I have had my hair styled at G Michael Salon a couple of times now, and they are very good at what they do! I came in with pictures, wanting a very specific style, and they did not disappoint. Morgan did an Ombre color on my hair and it looks fabulous! Take a look at G Michael Salon’s Facebook page and I’m in there under Aug 29th. Morgan is a talented stylist. She also recommended I get a mini Keratin treatment because I have frizzy hair and the treatment worked wonders! I’m so happy with my new hair. I’ve never done something so drastic and Morgan was such a great help with getting me moving closer to the edge. The customer service was also spectacular. My first impression of this salon was that it was so elegant and sophisticated. The decor was beautiful and had a very relaxing atmosphere. I had an Ombré done with Nicole and she did an absolutely fantastic job! She worked with me and after finding the right color, everything came out perfect. I tried a few salons after moving to the area from Boston and finally feel as though I’ve found the right salon and the right stylist. I have not been able to find someone in my local area (Lafayette, Indiana) who could give me the short hairstyle I wanted. To say I’ve had some horrific hair experiences at previous salons would be an understatement! When I first found G Michael Salon, I was naturally hesitant about trying a new place. A year later, I can say without a doubt that I have never experienced a more incredible staff, but more importantly I have never been more in love with my hair! Wonderful experience! I had a great experience at G Michael Salon. The staff was so friendly, but my great experience began before I ever arrived. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the automated email system. I was given at least 2 reminders about my appointment via email, which I love (no pesky phone calls on my cell during the day). I had a great consultation with Greg about my color and cut before he ever touched me. I was greeted by everyone that works there and made to feel very welcome. The facility is very cool and the shampoo/meditation room was amazing! I even got a hand massage!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was easily the best salon experience I’ve ever had. It was one of the first times I’ve left the salon thinking “my hair won’t ever look like this again because I can’t make it do what the stylist just did” and it’s because Greg took the time to learn about me, my preferences and walk me though the best tips to style my own hair.
