Joe comes from an extensive career in the the beauty and wellness industry, holding a license in esthetics. Joe spent four years employed with the Top Indianapolis Hair Salon training academy, the Aveda Fredric's Institute in Indianapolis, overseeing 60+ stylists on the salon training floor as the Guest Services Coordinator. He was responsible for managing and leading the Guest Care team by creating the best experiences and long-term relationships with guests. Joe has a gift for excellent organization and foresight, enabling him to head off challenges that our business could face before they even occur. Joe genuinely enjoys observing the personal impact that each artistic design team member has upon their guests, and seeks to ensure that our guests experiences are always beyond excellent. As a 2003 cosmetology school graduate, Lindsay also spent two years as the Event Coordinator for the Aveda Fredric's Institute in Indianapolis, making her very well acquainted with the salon industry.
